Client: Tilcon Connecticut Inc.
Description: Title V Operating Permit program.
Role: Development of over 30 air emission inventories, including potential and actual emissions. Analysis of emission levels to Title V Operating Permit thresholds. Preparation of either General Permit to Limit Potential to Emit packages or True Minor Source packages as appropriate for each property. Project was completed on an expedited basis over three month period.
