Description: Expansion into next phase of sand and gravel processing plant.
Role: Review of neighbor complaints regarding fugitive dust issues. Analysis of site topography, ground cover, predominant wind directions, locations of complainants, and current particulate abatement methods. Preparation of document proposing new fugitive particulate control methods, and presentation to Zoning Board in public hearing.
