Client: Magellan Terminals Holdings, LP
Description: Construction of three new bulk gasoline/distillate storage tanks at an existing bulk petroleum marine terminal located on the Quinnipiac River at the mouth of the New Haven Harbor.
Role: State and Federal regulatory analysis to evaluate permitting requirements, emission calculations for various petroleum products, preparation of permit applications and coordination during regulatory review process.
