Emerging Control Technology for Bulk Gasoline Loading Rack

Client: Gulf Oil LP
Description: Design and installation of vapor combustion unit on terminals bulk truck loading rack. Unit was designed to meet MACT emissions requirements and generate electricity for on-site use.
Role: Preparation and submittal of air permit application for use of new technology for VOC control. Coordination with equipment vendor and stack testing firm to ensure stack testing would be successful for demonstrating compliance with applicable National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) standard for gasoline loading.
