Client: Cummings & Lockwood
Description: Site assessment
and remediation of former barrel reconditioning plant currently used
for residential condominiums and a marina.
Role: Conducted Phase I, Phase
II and Phase III testing activities to define multiple release areas,
conducted environmental and ecological risk assessments, coordinated
with CTDEP and EPA regarding remedial plan for PCB impacts, developed
remedial strategy for PCBs and other impacts using combination of
excavation, in-situ remediation, and implementations of engineered
controls to address multiple compounds.
