Description: New construction and rehabilitation of Long Wharf pier located in New Haven Harbor to create a home port for the Amistad (historic replica) constructed in Mystic Seaport. Project involved construction of Amistad’s new berthing facility, public access infrastructure and maintenance to existing pier.
Role: Triton served as the overall project manager, lead engineer, environmental consultant, and regulatory permitting consultant. Specific work involved site planning, design of coastal/waterfront structures and utilities, and regulatory permitting.
