Description: Assessment and remediation of former industrial complex for potential re-sale for residential redevelopment.
Role: Conducted Phase III Site Assessment tasks to delineate soil and groundwater impacts, preparation of remedial action plan, implemented remedial measures including excavation of impacted soils in several release areas to meet residential criteria, conducted long term monitoring of groundwater.
