Client: Champion Energy and Stop & Shop Supermarket Co.
Description: Redevelopment of active bulk petroleum marine terminal into a new retail shopping plaza.
Role: Environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater investigation, decommissioning and dismantling of petroleum storage and distribution equipment, demolition of structures, and remediation of site to NYDEC standards (mass excavation, installation/operations of AS/SVE system, accelerated natural attenuation using Oxygen Release Compound).
