TRACKER™ is an environmental and regulatory compliance organizational tool developed by Triton Environmental, LLC of Guilford, Connecticut. This program is specifically designed to organize and track regulatory permits and other compliance related items confronting commercial and industrial operations. Simplicity is the core strength to this highly successful program. With a click of the mouse, Tracker can provide such information as a permit summary, an expiration date, a regulatory agency submittal reminder date, and a particular effluent limitation. By logging into TRACKER™, you (the User) are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Triton Environmental, LLC (Triton) will maintain ownership and copyright of all TRACKER™ Software developed and/or delivered. The User may not sell or otherwise furnish the Software delivered by Triton or its derivative works to a third party outside of the corporation. Triton's ownership of the source code and Software does not imply or impress any maintainability or upgrade of the Software by Triton beyond the scope of this project. Triton has designed TRACKER™ as a tool for use by managers of environmental and regulatory compliance information. Triton's team of environmental professionals work with each client to custom tailor the TRACKER™ program to meet specific goals. The client is responsible for identifying permits and compliance items that they wish to maintain in the TRACKER™ program. The TRACKER™ program was not developed to replace regulations or individual permits issued by regulatory agencies. The user should become completely familiar with the subject regulations and permits. State, Federal, and local regulations and regulatory permits are subject to change. The contents of TRACKER™ will require routine maintenance to remain current, and can be provided by Triton under separate contract. Triton shall not be liable to the User for any consequential damage or loss arising from the use of the Software. If any provision of the above Software agreement conflicts with a provision of any other agreement between Triton and the User, the foregoing provision shall govern. The provision at issue shall be deemed to be amended, modified and/or stricken to the extent necessary to reflect the agreement that is provided here.
