
TRACKER™ was developed by an innovative team of environmental and regulatory compliance professionals at Triton Environmental, LLC This simple, yet powerful tool was specifically designed for use by managers of industrial/commercial operations responsible for environmental and regulatory compliance. The TRACKER™ program was created based on the worldwide web system structure; thus offering easy access, ultimate flexibility, effective graphic displays, and many other powerful qualities.
The basic goal of the TRACKER™ program is to reduce the often voluminous, complex, and unorganized permits and other compliance items down to a manageable format. Imagine not having to wade through 50 pages of legalistic text to obtain basic information such as compliance due dates, regulatory limits, and expiration dates. TRACKER™ provides the framework making this possible. The design of TRACKER™ revolves around three (3) principal tools: (1) a regulatory summary matrix; (2) compliance item summaries; and (3) various calendar views. Each is explained below.
TRACKER™’s regulatory summary index is designed to catalog regulatory permits and other compliance items by discipline. The principal matrix components are listed below (this list is easily custom-tailored.):

TRACKER™’s calendar is an indispensable tools for ensuring that you never miss a regulatory compliance date. A number of calendar views are available including our "Year-at-a-Glance" view, "Month-at-a-Glance" view, and "Day-at-a-Glance" view. The calendar is custom tailored to include applicable due dates and reminder dates associated with regulatory compliance items. The user simply clicks on the icon displayed on the monthly view of the calendar to view the details of that event.

Triton’s team of environmental professionals work with each client to custom tailor the TRACKER™ program to meet specific goals. The client is responsible for identifying permits and compliance items that they wish to maintain in the TRACKER™ program. The TRACKER™ program was not developed to replace regulations or individual permits issued by regulatory agencies. The user should be completely familiar with the subject regulations and permits. State, Federal, and local regulations and regulatory permits are subject to change. The contents of TRACKER™ will require routine maintenance to remain current.
