Description: Commercial and retail shopping development in the Buckland Hills area of Manchester, CT. High-end retail shops, restaurants and fitness facilities span the landscape with large scale wetland mitigation areas to provide balance of development and ecological sensitivity.
Role: Conducted state and federal wetland delineations, federal functional evaluation assessments, riparian buffer assessments and management, wetland mitigation planning and evaluation, and flora and fauna surveys.
