Description: Development of ICP with RMP/PSM Program for Electrical Power Generating Plant.
Role: Completed an ICP for 525 MW power plant including Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasures Plan; Facility Response Plan (EPA); Emergency Response Action Plans; and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. ICP also included Risk Management Plan (RMP)/Process Safety Management (PSM) program to comply with requirements for storage of anhydrous ammonia above threshold quantities.
