Integrated Contingency Plans (ICP)

Client: Global Petroleum, Exelon, New Haven Terminal, Getty Petroleum, Wyatt Energy, Sprague Energy
Description: Development of ICPs including SPCC, FRP, SWP3, etc. for multiple clients.
Role: Completed and implemented ICPs for multiple clients including bulk oil storage terminals and electrical power generating plants. ICPs were developed to satisfy the requirements to have the following plans: Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasures Plans; Facility Response Plans (EPA and Coast Guard); Emergency Response Action Plans; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans; Hazardous Waste Contingency Plans; DOT Pipeline Security; and others. Assistance with regulatory agency inspections and reviews associated with ICPs.
